Chris Biscoe has been featured soloist with very many British and American band leaders including George Russell, Mike Westbrook,Hermeto Pascoal, Kenny Wheeler and the New York Composers Orchestra. He has over 30 albums behind him and currently leads several of his own groups with young guns such as Liam Noble, Seb Roachford and Ben Davies (Basquiat Strings)

You may book tickets from our telephone booking line, and the hotel bistro is a great place to eat a meal and enjoy the music.

The music will start about 8pm and tickets are £6

(Span members and National Jazz Card holders £5)

The Hotel is on the steep part of the hill that is the 'down stream' from Tesco end of town to the Morrisons end. The Hotel is on the left half way down with a canopy over the front door and the jazz is in the semi basement bistro.

There is plenty of free parking nearby on the street and in the castle car park

 

June 11th. The James Campbell Group Trumpet led quartet playing mainstream music with ace pianist Tony Amoral~ Ajijo Bass~ Chris Ryan Saxes.
