Flora's War

Whilst the Torch Theatre building undergoes its long awaited £5.5 million refurbishment, the award winning Torch Theatre Company is bringing a new production of Flora’s War to community venues this autumn. 

Flora’s War is the story of a Welsh family’s struggles on the Home Front during the Second World War.  When an evacuee from London comes to stay, the family’s stability is threatened, but they must keep “smiling through”.  This is a fabulous show for all the family drawing on the Torch Theatre’s long tradition of producing work to a very high standard, with a professional cast and production team offering an exciting and innovative drama for everyone to enjoy.
