Narberth Civic week GRASSROOTS THEATRE will be working with children, and COMMON GROUND on various creative projects including costumes, masks and dance leading up to their show on Thursday and carnival on Saturday

Grassroots presents ‘Paivepo’, or ‘Once upon a time’, a colourful and energetic blend of Zimbabwean indigenous dance, song and storytelling which embodies the concept that creativity can release you from the cares of everyday life.

Coming from a country ravaged by poverty and oppression, Grassroots Theatre will show the amazing power of creativity to release you from the cares of everyday life. This bunch of talented people are experienced at using theatrical techniques to get the message for development through theatre and dance to people in their area.
