Bringing together community choirs and schools from across West Wales
We feel there’s no better way to launch a festival than with beautiful harmonies from local voices. So, this year’s Narberth A Cappella Voice Festival will be kicking off with a spectacular performance from intergenerational choir Côr Pawb!
Being held at Follies Theatre in Folly Farm, this event brings together over 150 singers from regions across West Wales – ranging in age from 7 – 70+ – to perform songs from around the world, including tunes from South America, Zimbabwe, Belarus, Croatia, Wales, the USA and more.
Local schools Ysgol y Preseli, Narberth Community Primary School and Ysgol Gymunedol Brynconin will all be joining in on the fun, helping to deliver fantastic harmonies on the first night of The Narberth A Cappella Voice Festival.

Cor Pawb will be performing at Folly Farm on Thursday 18th February
Also taking part and lending their vocals are some of the best local choirs, including Cor Megafon (Newport), Sweet Harmony Community Choir (Carmarthen), Singing Village (St Dogmaels), One Voice Choir (Narberth) and Llangranog Community Choir.
To preview the excellent performance that this unique choir will deliver, have a look at their recent rehearsal here.
Côr Pawb – translated as ‘Everyone’s Choir’ – has been organised by Span Arts’ Cheerful Project, a project funded by the Big Lottery to deliver an exciting programme of community workshops and uplifting local events to rural communities.
Span Arts’ Caring Choirs project has also lent a hand in the organising of this sensational choir. Funded by PAVS, Caring Choirs delivers singing sessions to care homes and day care centres in Pembrokeshire; some of these participants will be coming along to the Côr Pawb performance, to join in with the songs they have learned.
The Côr Pawb performance is therefore a perfect way to launch the Narberth A Cappella Voice Festival on Thursday 18th Feb; demonstrating community spirit, and delivering uplifting harmonies.
