A few weeks have passed now since our beautiful crowd-sourced “Cheerful Colouring Book” was hot off the press and they have been flying out the door. We have had a number of people ask us how to buy them online…well it couldn’t be simpler; just click here.

If you are unable to pop into the Span Arts building in Narberth (believe it or not some of the people who want to buy the book don’t even live in Wales!) then you can buy the book online. Simply click here and you will connect through to our online shop where you can order as many copies as you like. It is a bit more expensive than collecting it directly from us because postage and packaging is included in the price.

The books are a hit with adults and children alike. One customer has fed back that they “love looking at all the names and ages on each picture and trying to guess what the person is like from their drawing”.

Best-selling colouring book illustrator Millie Marotta chose 10 year old Nia-Anne Morgan’s “Cat” as the winner and local artist Holly Hart’s “Dormouse” as runner up in the Millie’s Choice category. Millie commented, “This is a cheerful book encouraging everyone to have a go at drawing and colouring. It has been a pleasure sifting through the entries and an almost impossible challenge deciding on a winner.”

“Cat” By Nia Anne Morgan aged 10 was the winner in the Millie’s Choice Award

Joseph Griffiths (aged 8) and Bella Grainger (aged 10) were chosen by the public as the People’s Choice winner and runner up.

It really is a special gift; the 40 illustrations have been selected carefully to make the book a really lovely product and they were tweaked by our wonderful design volunteer Liam Cole who also designed the fabulous fox on the front cover.

Buy yourself a copy or get it as a present for friends and family. The best thing is that ALL the proceeds will go to supporting Span Arts! So you will feel good in the knowledge that you are helping the community arts to flourish here in Pembrokeshire.
