The Kindness Project, Show it, Share it.
We are inviting children and young people who are unable to visit older family members and friends during the pandemic, to make a video for The Kindness Project Show It and Share It!
The author Roald Dahl once said “I think probably kindness is my number one attribute in a human being. I’ll put it before any of the things like courage or bravery or generosity or anything else.”
The Kindness Project is a new online creative community for Pembrokeshire, built to showcase your creative ideas to help people feel better.
The digital act of kindness can come in many forms all you have to do is think of something you can make that brings you happiness. This could be an origami bird, a papier mache monster or a spaceship made from egg cartons, the list is endless, and it is entirely up to you!
We have all watched videos on how to make things, now it is your turn to teach us!
Once you have decided what you want to make, we are asking you to create an instructional video on your phone or tablet of how to make it, your video will be a gift to help someone else feel better.
The act of kindness is in the sharing.
Your video needs to be filmed from above in a step by step format, a “how to” style that shows the process of making in clear stages for someone to follow your instruction and make themselves. The length should be no longer than 5 minutes.
If you would like to be featured in the of first in a series of Span Arts Vimeo Screening please send your videos in to us by 22nd May.
Now it is over to you to have fun in making your very own film!
Send your films via We Transfer to
***Footage will be shared across social media platforms. Please note as a safeguarding precaution we cannot accept films with faces ***
If your film is chosen to be published we will ask your parents to sign Show it Share it permission Form before anything gets featured online.
