bennaf mewn paent olew a siarcol, mae Starling yn creu portreadau agos, llawn emosiwn sy&#8217;n creu lle ar gyfer profiadau nas dywedir yn aml. \u00a0Yn seiliedig ar gyfweliadau manwl gyda thair mam leol, ochr yn ochr \u00e2 Chylchoedd Mamau a&#8217;i phrofiad byw ei hun, mae&#8217;r prosiect yn cynnig portread gonest o\u2019r newid seicolegol ac emosiynol dwfn sydd yn dod gyda dod yn fenywod yn symud trwy enedigaeth a mamolaeth gynnar heb le i brosesu&#8217;r hyn a brofwyd ganddynt. Symuda&#8217;r ffocws yn gyflym at y plentyn, ac eto yn anaml y bydd trawsnewidiad mewnol a hyd yn oed trawma&#8217;r fam yn cael eu cydnabod.<\/p>\n<p>Mae un portread yn tynnu ar ddelwedd bwerus a ddisgrifir yn ystod y broses, o ogof dywyll gyda&#8217;r fam yn edrych i lawr ar eu corff torredig. Mae&#8217;r darn yn dal \u00a0cryfder a bregusrwydd mewn tensiwn, gan gydnabod bod geni yn rhoi bywyd ac, ar adegau, yn gallu dadsefydlu&#8217;n ddwfn hefyd.<\/p>\n<p>Wedi\u2019i ddatblygu dros chwe mis a&#8217;i ariannu gan Gyngor Celfyddydau Cymru a&#8217;r Loteri Genedlaethol, mae <em>Codi Ei Llais<\/em> yn argymell cefnogaeth famol wedi&#8217;i integreiddio yn y gymuned.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOs na fydd cymorth llesiant i famau wedi&#8217;i integreiddio o fewn ein cymunedau, byddwn yn parhau i weld mamau yn dioddef mewn tawelwch ac ystadegau sy&#8217;n pryderu&#8217;n fwyfwy ynghylch iechyd meddwl mamol.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mae&#8217;r arddangosfa&#8217;n gwahodd cynulleidfaoedd i sgwrs agos a brys am fod yn fam, gofal mamolaeth a gofal cyfunol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yr Artist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mae Ella Starling yn artist portreadau a ffigurol wedi\u2019i lleoli yn Sir Benfro.
