Fel nifer o sefydliadau cymunedol, mae ein gwaith yn dibynnu ar wirfoddolwyr, ac mae&#8217;r gefnogaeth honno bellach yn fwy hanfodol nag erioed.<\/p><p><strong>Galwad am Gefnogaeth<\/strong><\/p><p>\u201cGwirfoddolwyr yw asgwrn cefn ein sefydliad, ac ar hyn o bryd rydym yn isel o ran niferoedd,\u201d esbonia\u2019r t\u00eem. \u201cGyda mwy o ddigwyddiadau ar y gorwel, mae arnom wir angen mwy o bobl i gamu i\u2019r adwy, yn enwedig pobl ifanc a theuluoedd.\u201d<\/p><p>Dyma wahoddiad agored i gymryd rhan, naill ai dros dro neu yn yr hir dymor.<\/p><p><strong>Pam gwirfoddoli?<\/strong><\/p><p>Mae gwirfoddoli gyda Chelfyddydau SPAN yn cynnig mwy na rhoi o\u2019ch amser \u2013 mae\u2019n darparu cyfle i fod yn rhan o gymuned greadigol groesawgar wrth ennill profiad gwerthfawr.<\/p><p>Yn aml mae gwirfoddolwyr yn cwrdd \u00e2 phobl newydd ac yn teimlo\u2019n rhan o amgylchedd cefnogol, yn adeiladu hyder a datblygu sgiliau newydd, cael profiad ymarferol ar gyfer CV, a chael cip tu \u00f4l i\u2019r llenni ar y diwydiannau creadigol.<\/p><p>Mae cyfleoedd yn cynnwys cefnogi digwyddiadau byw, gweithio ochr yn ochr ag artistiaid proffesiynol a dysgu am feysydd megis marchnata, goleuo, sain a chynhyrchu.<\/p><p><strong>Cyfleoedd i Bobl Ifanc<\/strong><\/p><p>I bobl ifanc mae gwirfoddoli\u2019n gyflwyniad gwych i sector y celfyddydau a digwyddiadau. Mae\u2019n cynnig y cyfle i ymuno \u00e2 th\u00eem cyfeillgar, dysgu sgiliau ymarferol tu hwnt i\u2019r ystafell ddosbarth, cael profiad o ddigwyddiadau byw a thyfu o ran hyder trwy heriau newydd.<\/p><p><strong>Gwirfoddoli i Deuluoedd<\/strong><\/p><p>Anogir teuluoedd yn gynnes i gymryd rhan.
